Author Bio

M. Meredith is a multidisciplinary artist and writer whose work stems from the human experience and all that comes with it. Before stepping into the world of poetry, much of their publicly shared work lived through visual art and graphic design.

By day, they teach the next generation of creatives. At night, given the energy, they create like a madman... just a bit slower than a madman. Art is their breath, rooting them to the earth while also lifting their vibrations. Through creation, they transmute overwhelming emotion into spaces of reflection, connection, and vulnerability.

Meredith hopes to use their gifts to build an archive. One that heals, one that serves as a mirror, one that reminds people they are not alone. Their purpose is simple and sacred: to spread the word of worth, and to remind others that light always finds a way through darkness… if you’re willing to shift your lens.

When the Moon Meets the Sun Series

This series began as pressure, an idea boiling beneath the surface. Demanding to be released, I was unable to contain it any longer. This is a record, an archive, of what happened when I stopped running away.

The series has three parts:
The Moon | Total Eclipse | The Sun.

Each book places you on the path of my journey, beginning with the first steps. A soul encased in a suit of flesh, having a human experience, moving through the shadows of The Moon.
One day, not too long ago, I found myself writing again, and it felt as if my lungs were finally defrosted. It was no longer a form of escape, but a form of breath. A way to timestamp moments of my soul’s journey, time and space proving to be a construct. Through the pen, I was able to enhance my ability to perceive and hear, not just see and listen.
